Please note:  We’ve recently retired our beautiful brick and mortar store, and the shoes on this website are the remainders of some of our favourite brands. Our shoes have been tried on in our store, but they have never been worn outside. Due to this, the bottoms may show slight signs of wear, and there may be some damage to the original boxes.  

 

HOW CAN I FIGURE OUT MY SHOE SIZE?

Every brand fits slightly differently. Our She She Girls have tried on every shoe and have indicated in the description if we feel they fit large or small. Most shoes and heels are B or average width and again, we have indicated in the descriptions if we feel the fit is other than B width. If you are unsure of your size please contact us at sheshevictoria@gmail.com and we will be happy to guide you the best we can.

If you are between sizes, we suggest it is best to go up to the larger size. 

PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO size exchanges on any item due to very limited quantity. Please be sure of your size before you purchase!

  

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, GPAY and PayPal.

 

CAN I PAY OVER THE PHONE?

We do not accept payment information via phone or email.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

In Canada, you will be charged the sales tax of your province. 

United States and International: no Canadian taxes will be charged when shipping out of the country. Any duties and taxes charged for the country of destination will be your own responsibility and will NOT be covered by She She Shoes.

 

DO YOU PRICE MATCH OTHER WEBSITES OR STORES?

No, we do not price match any other website or store.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT?

We know you can't wait to show off your brand new shoes! We ship goods Monday - Friday. Orders are being processed within 48 hours and in the order they are received. 

Orders placed on Friday afternoon or the weekend will be processed on the next business day. 

Upon completing the online checkout process for your order, you will receive an email from us confirming size, billing and shipping address etc. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email from us with a Canada Post tracking number. We require a signature upon delivery....we wouldn't want your lovely shoes to go missing!

 

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH SHIPPING WILL COST?

CANADA: We offer a flat rate of $20.00 for shipping and $5.00 for each additional pair.

USA: We offer a flat rate of $40.00 for shipping and $10.00 for each additional pair.

INTERNATIONAL: We offer a flat rate of $80.00 for shipping and $15.00 for each additional pair.

DOES PLACING AN ITEM IN MY SHOPPING CART GUARANTEE THAT I WILL RECEIVE IT? 

NO! We have done our best to put a cart-hold on items for the duration of your shop, but if an item is in your cart for longer than 5 minutes it may appear available to other shoppers.  

Items may still show in shopping cart, but may not be available in inventory when you come back to them.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Because this website is for remainder items, and because everything on this website is discounted, there will be NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS OR REFUNDS.  Apologies for any inconvenience.
